It’s time everybody met Mikey the SPECIAL BOY. Mikey’s my Emotional Support Animal (ESA). I’ve always used ink in the past, but I’ve always had a really hard time when working with it and understanding the medium. I’m actually kind of proud of this one, though!

Thanks to Maxx Follis-Goodkind for helping me with my inking skills at a class she taught at Push/Pull Seattle last week.

Also, my commissions are open! If you would like me to draw something for you, hit up my website for scheduling, sage-leaves.com

[Image description: in the first image, there’s a green desk with assorted art supplies and piece of paper with part of a sketch. In the background, the sun is shining through blurring out the rest of the image. In the second image, is an ink sketch of a hairless cat. He’s snuggled into a pillow-case, with his little tail poking out around the corner. At the top of the paper is the caption “A tuckled boy”. In the final image, is the image that the ink sketch is based on. Mikey, the red-headed hairless cat gremlin, is tucked into a pillowcase sitting on my living room floor.]
